Best way to get HRs to reproduce?
I have had my 6 for about 4 months now, and was wondering what I can do to encourage them to reproduce. I dont have any gravel in the tank, but I do have a plant in a dish that has gravel. Before I took them from a friend (who is very inexperienced), he says they may have reproduced once when he had them. He had a gravel bottom. None of the fry survived.
For a long time the fish were very timid, but now they have definitely became physically larger, their appetite improved, and they seem more active.
Thanks for the advice, as always.60. Platies, Swordtails
