    I can't put my finger on what caused this plant to look this way,so I don't know what to do?
    Is it a disease and needs to be cut?
    I know it's pretty sick looking huh?

    From what I can tell from the poor quality photo it looks like it has a nutrient deficiency.Got to have a better pic to help you any more.

    I have looked at the pic quite a bit.It is certainly a nutrient deficiency,I would venture to say potassium,though the lower leaves look much better so possibly the lighting isn't up to par either.Final answer a bit of both aforementioned.
