have stoped giving osc frozen food am letting the fish and heart defrost and giving live blood worm and shrimps oscar has stoped head dancing and seems very happy

Some Hikari floating pellets would be a great daily food for your sevs and the oscar as well as the thawed frozen foods.

have them on king british floting cyclid sticks and have started to introduce the other pellets as well when i find five mins will post pics of oscars and severium and jack d

Have you compared the ingrediants between the two.
Hikari or NLS foods are really good.
I find my oscars make a lot less mess when on the quality pellets.It really does make a huge difference on the bottom of the tank.
