Ugh.....great news.
Well, now that I've started to add coral to my tank, and now that it's beginning to look really nice, I've noticed that the bottom of my tank is leaking...this is just fantastic.
I know how to fix the tank, but that would require draining it, removing the rocks, and quarantining the live stock. I really don't have time for this. Is there any alternative way to keep the water from leaking out? I already have some silicone laying around."Everybody knows, you only live a day, but it's brilliant anyway..."

That sucks big time. Unfortunantly the only way to do it and ensure it doesnt leak again is the break the tank down and seal it from the inside. If this is your 20 gallon your much better off replacing the tank with a new or used one. That way you have the least down time

Can you pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In that case it might be possibe to add an external patch provided your tank is below 100 gallon (to risk if it is too big) It will however bot look good.
Do as I say. Not as I do.

Hmm the stand looks dry now, it could have been a false alarm... I'll check on it tomorrow morning. Thanks for your help everyone.
