  1. Question black moor on bottom of tank

    ive jst stated an aquarium and added 3 black moor fish yesterday only one of them is staying at the bottom all the time still breathing and moving a little has any1 any sugestions pls new to this pls HELP....

    Unless you cycled your tank, it is ammonia poisoning.

    I've jst stated an aquarium and added 3 black moor fish yesterday, only one of them is staying at the bottom of the tank all the time still breathing and moving a little,
    has any1 any sugestions pls (new to this)
    PLS HELP....

    Unless you cycled your tank, its ammonia poisioning.

    Please download and read about the nitrogen cycle in our ebook (menu to the left). Then take a look at my post at the top of the general forum talking about how you can deal with ammonia/nitrite. Best thing to do right now is a 50% water change though.

    Also, how big is the tank? goldfish are messy fish and you probably added way too much to the bioload at one time.

    20g long: 4 panda cories, 1 honey gourami, 1 apistogramma borellii, 1 male cacatuoides
    20g High: 3 bolivian rams, 12 rasboras
    8g hex: empty
    5g: empty
