Kudos to ThatFishPlace
It seems to be a rarity these days, good customer service that is, so I want to share a positive experience. As I posted in this thread http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/aqua...ad.php?t=57944,
my new fixture burned out a bulb after only limited use. So I called the store where I ordered it, Thatfishplace, to see if/what there was anything they could do, being that I was unsure about the warranty covering bulbs. After a short call to look up my info and order, I was told they are warranteed and I am being shipped a new bulb tomorrow. They also didn't require me to send the burnt out one back. No haggling, no hassle or inquisition, just satisfaction

Yeah they're definitely a good store. I got to go to the actual store once when I lived in Pennsylvania. The place is definitely big; wish I was more into fish back then, I didn't even look at them when I went, just the lizards. That's actually where my schneider skink is from
