She escaped!!!!
I just went to check on my female spider ball python...and she's not there! I cant believe she was able to push her way out of her tub! It was sealed tight as a drum when I opened it! I have the cats locked in their kennels until I hopefully find her! This stinks!

I'm freaking out! I've already ripped the house apart...moved the fridge, oven, furniture, and anything else I can think of. The worst part is i left the reptile room door open all night...to help keep it warmer (for some reason that room stays a little cooler in the winter). She could be anywhere!

good luck finding her..
If it's called tourist season why can't I shoot them?
Brutal honesty will be shown on this screen.
I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Tolerance is a great thing to have, so is the ability to shut up.

Hope you find her. She'll survive a good 6 weeks probably before she has issues related to food/water...but you'll want to find her ASAP regardless.
Try baiting her with a defrosted mouse/rat...(and make sure that the cats don't eat it)...

The cats are locked in their kennels...not a room. I figured if i locked them in a room...my luck would put them and the snake in the same room.
she is only about 24" long.
The frantic hunt continues.-Jordan

I thought of that, but she hates defrosted food (wont even come out of her hide when I place it in her tub). I do have some live mice I could stick out in a small cage. i put a heat mat on the floor with a hide over it, to try coaxing her in.
