When exactly to plant my tank

Hi everyone,
I'm currently cycling a fifteen gallon tank. I want this tank to be planted and with that my question comes up. When exactly should I be adding the plants to my tank?
I've done a bit of reading on the subject but, some sources say just to toss the plants in whenever while others say I should wait until it's completed the nitrogen cycle.
I'm thinking about planting the tank with Egeria densa (Anacharis), Amazon Sword, and possibly an Aquarium Lily to provide some top cover for the fish.

You can plant them right from the start. The cycle will not bother them, in fact they use the compounds invovled as fertilizer. They will also help move the cycle along as they are covered in bacteria.
