what kind of algae is this?
I found this... stuff on my glass the other day (my camra isnt working, so theres a paint drawing.)
Im wondering if this is a kind of algae, or some wast from the apple snail that is in my tank.
Theres a close up in the box of a pattern on the algaeHave you had your daily dosage of Pele?

From your picture, it looks like brown algae. lol

what fish will eat this kind of algae? Will a clown pleco?
Have you had your daily dosage of Pele?

Agreed. Just wipe clean, don't mess with adding something that will eat it.
8 tanks running now:
1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.
