    Hello everyone.

I love crabs and I think they're very interesting. Used to have a red little one ages ago, he/she died during molting unfortunately. But now I'm gonna try my luck again.

With the last one I had ( sesarma bidens... or so they said atleast ) I probably just got lucky. Had him/her in a small tank with part land and part water. Never cared about water temp or anything. However he/she molted several times so I guess it wasn't too bad.

This time I'm gonna try to be more serious. However the petstore didn't help much. I got 2 new tiny little crabs who they said was "black crabs". But I can't find any info on them. Will post a pic as soon as I can get them out of their hiding long enough to take a snap.

This pic is the old love. Taken the day I saved her from the petstore. She'd been forgotten for weeks in an empty tank, hiding under a rock.

Welcome to AC! If you post a picture of your current crabs maybe one of the members could help you make their home absolutely perfect. =]
    A severe lack of trichogaster.

Just because your Gourami is sick does not mean it is always Iridovirus, DGIV, Gourami Disease, et cetera.
Look at all the other factors in your tank before coming to this conclusion.

After trying to catch a wiev on the crabs today, I think I won't get a pic of them for a few days or so.

I was worried that they didn't get along. But after a long search I found them... strangely close, hiding in a cave I made them. They were either having some wierd dominance fight, or trying to mate... and now a few hours later the big one won't let me see the smaller one. He stands in the way of the opening when I try to look.

The 2 crappy imgs are of the "bigger" one. Ye I know, he's still tiny. The imgs are taken the day I bought them. He was a fast bastard tho, was hard to get the cam to focus on him.
