Please help...

My Firemouth seems to have become very ill. I found it laying on its side at the bottom of the tank when I fed my fish earlier, when I put food in it tried to swim up but was attacked by my other fish so now I have it in the net at the top of the tank but Im new to fishkeeping and I dont know what to do any help would be great as I dont want to lose him but I dont want him to suffer either. Is there a chance he may recover? He is quite off colour and not very mobile and I could really do with some help as soon as possible thanks in advance.

What size tank and filtration do you have?
What are your perameters?
What other fish are in the tank?

One other Fm, 2 Kribs and a Tiger Plec and 3 Green barbs in a 30 gallon. All the fish are still quite small and I will be upgrading soon. The filtration is fluval 3+ for tanks upto 130 litres so that should be ok? I havnt got any ph testers at home at the mo will have to wait til i get to the shop tomorrow but on sat last time i tested it the water was neutral at 7ph

He is still no better just laying on his side in the net, i have turned lights out incase he is stressed could this be? Its not looking good for him at the moment :(
