I try and run a 5k 3 times a week, it is tough as now getting a little older and having a very physically demanding job and playing all the hockey I play, I seem to be injured more often then not, lol

Well made it through Day 1 of the Opti stage lol. Did it pretty easily too so rather chuffed with myself. 22 days to go!

Good for you! It's always one day at time! And generally...if you can manage to have a few really good days in a row...it gets so much easier to keep it up...

Wow, 8 lbs in three weeks is great!

I'm on somewhat of a diet to lose weight as well, as I've gained some 40 lbs since I quit smoking. I'm not weighing myself yet but I can feel a difference. Hopefully I'll get back to my active self, running 10lk and going to the gym! :)

Good! How is the weight?

Weighed myself on the 12th and i had lost 3.3kg (7.3 pounds) Due to weigh myself again on the 19th

2nd week of Opti over....and weigh in day today, 2.9kg (6.4lb) lost

Total so far= 6.2kg (13.7lb)

One more week to go!
