I recently got 6. Thing is, I almost 100 percent positive I only have 1 female. Is this gonna be ok? I cant add anymore because the tank is already full at 20 gallons with 5 cardinals, 5 kulis and ram.

Unless you're planning to spawn large numbers of them only having 1 female shouldn't be any problem.

Welcome to the Fabulous AC!
Your stock is fine. If you see aggression try and get a few more females.
Proper weekly water changes will keep your tank in check.
How did you cycle?Do you have a test kit yet?

If you notice her becoming stressed from all the male attention I would remove her and take her back to the lfs. I never sexed my Von rio's so I have no idea how many of each I had, but I never had problems.

Oh yeah, this tank has been running in one way or another for like 4 years at least. I just recently restocked the tank with new fish/the Von Rio's. I think the females are rounder, more robust, and the anal fin on the bottom is smaller and not as pronounced, also less colorful.
