    Default 15 watts

Can somebody give me a list of plants or a link with plants that could be in a tank with a 15 watt bulb?

a 15 watt bulb on a 5 gallon tank would be able to grow pretty much anything, whereas a 15 watt bulb on a 150 wouldn't grow much at all.

What im trying to say is, we need to know the size of the tank :)
Don't call it a comeback, I've been here for years.

    Oh. It's 10 gallons.

I would consider that medium lighting so pretty much everything except plants that demand high light and CO2.

A 15 watt light on a 10g about 1.5 WPG (watt per gallon) so it will grow low-light plants really well and yu can grow medium light plants as well.

Some good low-light plants are java moss, java fern, anubias, crypts wisteria and amazon swords.

I'll need to do a little looking into medium light plants though.

Just make sure not to get plants that will get too big for your 10g

What size tank do you have>?

I got a 10g with two 15w's on it giving me 3w per gallon, however with higher lighting Co2 will possibly have to be utilized.

thats the QT tank, the planted 52g has 1.2wpg on it.

I like live plants, the make thetank so much more natural looking.

This site is good for plant info. Click on light requirements and then on low lights and you'll get a bunch.

Thumbs up A place I've had good luck with

Try aquariumplants.com. I purchased all but one of my plants from them because I couldn't find what I wanted at the lfs.

The plants are uniformly excellent, well packed and shipped quickly. They have an enormous selection, and the one time I needed to call Customer Service they were polite and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

You still need to dip the plants - I now have snails because I wasn't careful.
