1000 points to the person who finds me some fish.
anyone who can find me a nice balance of fish for my 110g that will be planted. the fish needs to be compatable with the angel that i have now that is adult size and be able to thrive in a ph of 6. the winner will be decided by what i decide to put in my tank.
i am looking for a tank that is active and colorful. feel free to ask as many questions as possible. this is very importaint to me to find just the right selection of fish that will live togeather and thrive. please be specific and feel free to explane why you picked the fish that you think will work for me.
good luck to all and i cant wait to see what you all come up with10 gallon FOWLR Cycling

I would go with a 2 seperate groups of dwarf cichlids such as cockatoos, kribs, smiling acara or any of the asstd small dwarf cichlids. That would be my lower strata inhabs. For mid levels,I would stock 30 or so cardinal tetra,or serpae tetra. For upper I would stock a school of 10 or more silver hatchets or 20 marbled. For added interest put a peacock eel in for a where is waldo fish.

I agree Some dwarf cichlids and some smaller schools sound like great suggestions.
How were you planning on giving 1000 rep? Not to rain on your parade or anything, but even if you had 1000 rep yourself, you would have to rep someone 100 times to do that, so over 50 days. Its probably a form of cheating as well, one rep and some gifts is probably more appropriate. If you need money for gifts just pm me.

Edited the original post. People would have given you a list without you giving away half your points, you know. They do this all day because they are just nice people.

110g is a ton of room
What I would do:
8 angelfish
8 bolivian rams
20 Von Rio flame tetras
10 hatchet fish
12 cories
1 gold nugget pleco
Cardinals would look very nice in there instead of the von rios, but they're a torpedo shaped fish that would look delicious to the angels.
Very heavily planted with eco-complete as substrate so the cories don't have problems with their barbels.Last edited by Lab_Rat; 08-13-2009 at 02:14 AM.
