Red gravel
How do i clean it?
seems like the water is always red everytime i change it

If it's not real aquarium gravel, like you got it out of your backyard or something, then just continue to wash, and the cloudiness will eventually go away.

its aquarium gravel
will it go away in 12 hours?

Hmm...it IS aquaria gravel? Then it shouldn't be much of a problem, it should go away fairly soon after a few W/C.

I wouldn't worry about the fish being harmed but you should do daily water changes for a few days to clear it up.
It sounds like you didn't rinse it very well first.Ray

wooh! ive been waiting for you to post 5 hours ago
well..i did for a good 2 HOURS ,
and still didnt clear up, the guy at the LFS said it takes time until it clears up
well..he was right..
and he's also a member of Monster fish Keepers and another forum so he must know his Fish!
he also has red gravel in his other tank.

I had a red gravel years ago.It took forever to get it rinsed properly.
I did do that before it went in the tank.Not my first tank though!
You learn a lot from mistakes in this hobby! lol
It may take a few water changes to get it clear.Have you any filter floss you can change daily?IT will help the situation.Ray
