my bristlenose have breed a few times now and in every clush there is about five albinos and one or two long finn!! Do you think my are fish related or do they just spit out mutations every now and then???

Both the albino and long-fin forms of the common bristlenose are man-made by selective breeding. Eventually, repeated breeding will be less and less albino and long-finned as the natural DNA matrix asserts itself and the fish returns to its natural form.
They being the exact same species, despite being man-made albino or long-finned, they are all 'related'.
