It's crazy. I actually thought of stopping playing but then I thought, "hummmm, if they were on a hot streak, would they stop playing?" NOT!

of course you are on a hot streak. You can afford to play everyday. I never knew of a lottery where the price of the ticket was so High. 500 points for a single day ticket and and a 1000 for a weekly. That would be all of my points for a month. The weekly makes sense as that is a bigger jackpot.
But the daily jackpot is 1/10 the payout, but it costs half as much. Shouldn't these ratios be more more consistant. Make it so a daily lottery ticket only costs 100 points instead of 500.
It is just not cost effective for us small fry to play. I bet that is the reason that Hobbs keeps winning. Not enough people can play to lower her chances of winning. I would bet that she had something like a 25 percent chance to win the daily lottery.
I bet if you lowered the ticket price then more people would play and the moderators would not be the only ones that could afford to buy a ticket every day. You may have to lower the jackpot too, to keep people from getting a lot points quickly, but I am sure that you would get a ton more play if you lowered the price of a ticket.
100 points for a ticket with a pay out of 1000, plus the cost of all of the tickets purchased would make for a nice fun game each day.

Actually, if you look at the payoff vs what you put in, on average, if you kept playing the game, you would make about a 200% return, which is why I always dump my points into the lottery whenever I can. Once I get enough saved, I'm going to start removing people's avatars en masse like I did with F1oored lololol ;)
