Some more pics
Last time i loaded some pics i didnt have any of my golden panchax, luckily they've become less afraid of the camera....might have thought they were getting food though, ive never known such ravenous fish before!!
Dont worry i gave them a bloodworm ice cube afterwards....which they happily ripped to shreds! Patrick appreciated it too...lol. (my female severum)

You know ive looked everywhere and i did think i found a scientific name, but im damned if i can remember. I bought them (i have 2) as Pearl Gobies.
When i go back to my lfs, i will get their proper name. :)

edit isnt working for me...just wanted to add...Pearl gobies is not what they are called when googled. That is another species, which i have owned before too. Which is why i am confused as to the actual species.

Could Leonard be a High-Fin Goby? You might want to post a pic on him in the marine forums. I'm sure I've seen that same Goby in a saltwater tank, sifting sand like mad. I couldn't find anything online (other than you asking for info on him in another forum. :))

Yeh i know. Doesn't seem to be an awful lot of info around on freshwater gobies. Not a high fin though, i looked it up. I do know that these fish live in estuaries, can tolerate salt-ish, fresh and brackish. And yes, they do sift sand like you say. ;)
