Cost of a 55 gallon
I am in the Market for a 55 gallon. Score. But the only place around me that has JUST the tank has them for 89$ american. My friend who works there can get it for me for 75$ american. Is this too big of a price for a plain tank? or should I look around some more.
If anyone lives relitivly close (<150 or so) from wichita kansas, and would like to sell one in good condition for a reasonable price, PM me.Money can't buy happiness, but it sure can pay the rent.

well, my buddy bought a 35 gallon breeder tank for his turtle and that was almost 70...so it seems like a good price. My 75 gallon was about 150 excluding the lids and stand. I'd probly pay 80 for a 55.

Ive checked EBAY and Craigslist, and NOBODY has one in my area, or even my state. I found two in OK, but thats pushing the distance limit

Why not spend the 75 bucks on a lighting fixture for the SW tank? ;)
That's a pretty good price on a 55 though. The price is about 100 new here, although we seem to have TONS of used tanks on craigslist for cheap.Foshizzle.
