Simple sump question
I was thinking about building a sump but need to know how big of a sump it should be for a 75 gal tank?? I want to check on prices

10 Gal is the start of my Saltwarter tank.... Still in the process Cycling
Aquarium 3:
75 gal tank Saltwater

anything from 10-40g should be fine.
Just depends on what equipment you want to put in it and how much space you have

You can also consider a DIY sump.

DIY is best as you can customize it to suit your needs while saving a ton of cash. The pre-built ones border on highway robbery price wise. And you should try to fit the biggest that you can in the space that you have. Well, make sure that it's within reason so that you have room to work. The higher the total volume of water, the more stable things will be.

I know they are expinsive thats why I thought to make one... I priced one for allmost 200

Lots of things- you can grow algae, keep 'pods, injured fish, feeder fish, etc...
