It depends how the live sand/rock arrives to you (damp or completely submerged)

The tank come from a bulk supplier, got it cheap cause I bought it straight from him. The lfs has just started corals in the last few months, I haven't been down there in ages... There's no local aquarium clubs either. BTW drum, everything's more expensive here... it's horrid.
Unleashed: The live sand will be completely submerged, I know that for a fact. What you sad sounds good cause I'm running low on funds atm...
