really ugly plant ID please
I asked for the name of this plant before but have forgotten what I was told. Sorry to be asking again.
This is a stem plant, grows clear to the waters surface but remains ugly as sin, tall and lanky and no lower leaves on sections of it. I have cut if off numerous times thinking it would fill out but as you see, it just grows UP again. More light perhaps? And what is it?
Thanks guys/gals.Last edited by Lady Hobbs; 05-14-2009 at 01:29 PM.

Now that sounds familiar! I also think light is the issue here. Thanks. I think you got it.

I agree. I have a LOT of these in my 29G tetra tank. When I first got them I had them in a low light 20G tank and that's what they looked like.
