Good mp3 sites
Hey, everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site I could use to find mp3 files. I am looking for mp3's from the band called Silverstein, but I just can't find any on google.
Thanks,

I assume we are talking about legal sites as it is against the rules to speak about any other type of MP3 site or to post links to them.
Just a friendly reminder.Do as I say. Not as I do.

Yeah, I meant legal ones.
Thanks.
Also, torrents don't really work for me, so no torrent sites."Everybody knows, you only live a day, but it's brilliant anyway..."

true but most torrent sites doesn't make that destinction.
I don't want to think I am anti torrent. for practical reasons however you are not allowed to link to torrent sites that provide access to illegal material which means practically everyone.Do as I say. Not as I do.

Yup. If you must share torrents there are plenty of other ways to communicate than to advertise them on the fish forum. But yes, many torrents are submitted by the original authors for free download. Its called open source
I must confess, I dont pay for any aquarium books, I always download them or check them out at the library. Information should be free in my opinion, but with all the spyware, porn adds and viruses on torrent sites, we shouldnt link them to users in the public forum and you should use caution when sharing them regardless.
For mp3s, there are several "jukebox" type programs out there like pandora, but a lot of them require registration and sometimes payment for unlimited use.
Youtube is still a great place to find music even though a lot of artists have removed their content.
Also, there are so many internet radio channels available out there that you can surely find a few that match your music tastes, and most have limited or no commercials.

1) Go to YouTube or any streaming video site where people upload music
2) Go to http://keepvid.com/ to save a copy of the video to your computer (they sell legitimate software for doing this, someone just set up a website to do the same thing for free)
3) Go to google and look for a download link to the program "TubeHunter". I don't remember if this is freeware or just a demo, but either way it does what you're looking for.
4) Run TubeHunter and use the "Extract audio from video" function, and well, you figure it out from there... And that's how you get mp3's without pirating them

I'm a silverstein fan so i would recommend buying their stuff. Itunes has some great deals where you get unreleased stuff or cover tracks as well as the album.
Or you can youtube it, or pandora it.30g - Planted - need to do some serious rethinking
