Gecko's
Does anybody here keep geckos? I'm interested in converting my old 35g tank into a gecko tank.. does anyone know how many I can keep together.. or perhaps have a site I can look at for some assistance?

I breed leopard geckos. What kind were you thinking of? What are the dimensions of the tank?

Generally you want to keep geckos seperate from what i've read. I have a leopard gecko, female, and she is pretty cute. They are the most popular geckos especially for starters because they are easy to care for, relatively inexpensive, and they are able to be held.
I have heard of people keeping a leopard gecko and a panther gecko together.. but i'm pretty sure they had to separate them after a few months. Geckos are territorial and even fight within the same species.
A good idea would be a divider in the tank, which you can pick up at any pet store, this way you could keep a few geckos. Leopard geckos need at least a ten gallon tank and many other geckos get about the same size, 8-10 inches.
