HELP!....My Opaline has a broken "feeler"

It must have happened last night, but i noticed his left "feeler"(if thats what they're called) is broken almost in two. Question is do they heal themselves?, grow out/back?....

What do i do?........... Secondly, i know my Pearl Gourami did it. He seems to bully my Opaline and Golden so much so that i want to get rid of him so the other two don't get too stressed. At first i thought it was just in good nature, or they were having fun, but it dont look that way anymore.

HELP!

the gouramis feeler wont grow back too much, but its not bad

As for the Pearl, do i keep him?........orrrrrrr.......

i have two pearl gouramis and the female's feeler got broken and it grew back completely in about two weeks.

i have a pair of red dwarf gouramis, one of the females feelers got broken but it has grown back pretty much fully in about a week and a half, also as far as i know if there is more that one male gourami in the tank there is more chance they will fight, they are quite territorial too, so if you ever put them into a separate tank to breed them you will need to put the female in first as the male may attack if he is in there first, hope this helps
