what do you mean by how long does it take for them to breed? At what size will they breed. A bit more about them will be helpful such as how big is the tank and how big are the fish.

You need to talk to Algenco. Algenco breeds Angels on a regular basis. IIRC, he has a batch of fry for raising right now.

I moved what I believe to be a pair to a 5 gal tank they were in a 20 gal with the rest of the fish and the reason I moved them is the male was being very aggresive with the other male nipped all his fins almost all off,but doesn't touch the one I believe to be the female.I'm wondering if moving them was the best move. the male is about 3-4 inches and the female maybe 2-3 inches.

In a 5 gallon you are 100% going to be left with 1 fish I promise you.

and with 4 angels in a 20gallon there is a good chance for the same thing to happen. That is why the one fish is whooping the others, there just isn't enough room to go around in that size tank with angels if you ask me. sorry.

I keep breeding pairs in bare 20g high, you must get bigger tanks for them
