Thread: Vampire Tetra?

  1. #1

    Default Vampire Tetra?

They’re also called Dracula fish, saber-tooth dogfish, water wolf, tiger characin, and payara. and look pretty harmless when viewed like this.

But when you see their dental work. it's a different story, lol
Anyone ever seen or kept these little barracudas?

    Mike!

Jeez look at the chompers on that guy.

Unusual fish for sure. Thanks for sharing Brookfish.

Wow, that tetra has some big teeth. All tetras have teeth, most are too small to see unless you look hard.

Seen them only once at the Steinhardt aquarium in san francisco, they were on a special exhibit. pretty cool.
No matter how much I learn or know I'm still gonna be a NOOB, but that doesn't mean I'm an idiot!
