    Exclamation Is this safe?

    I just got done spray painting my tank hood/cover/trim with krylon fusion paint since thats safe right?

    My question is I have had my aquarium gravel in our garage for about a year (in a bucket/not covered) and now that we are re-setting up our tank is it still safe to use? Would it be like contaminated or anything? Or would it be better just to buy new gravel?

    I've just used gravel that has been stored in the shed since last spring. Mine did have a cover. I bleached it, and rinsed several times in dechlorinated water, before I used it...

    the gravel should be fine to use so long as you whop it with bleech and really rinse.

    The spray paint should be fine. Just make sure it is dry before any water is put in =D

    10 gallon planted- Six Caridnal tetras,
    another 10 gallon, and newts
