A young yet avid fish keeper
Hello everyone,
As you may have guessed, my name is Eddie, I'm 18 and have been keeping fish since i was 5. It has sure been a learning experience over the years. I have kept everything from guppies to arowana and ran everything from a bare bottom tank to fully running reef and planted freshwater tanks.
Currently I am just finishing a move into a much larger house and i have the freedom to let my imagination run wild with fish tanks. Today marks day one of my fish tanks, I started a nano reef tank in a 10 gallon with some of my friend's old live rock and water, currently uninhabited. I also have a 75gallon tank I use to use as a planted tank that I am going to convert into some sort of cichlid breeding tank. My only tank that i can even consider to be fully running right now is my first tank, a 55 gallon long that has 21 tiger barbs and three Geophagus steindachneri.
I plan on reworking all my tanks over time, starting many new ones and putting out some amazing surprise projects that are currently in the works. I figure that these projects will require much research and discussion so I decided to finally settle down on an established forum site to make my projects that much easier and fun on my behalf as I will have a chance to witness other peoples' reactions. Also I hope to share any knowledge that I have accumulated over the years through trial and error to anyone who is in need.
I hope to see you all around,
Eddie

thank you very much, that is my dog Zeus, unfortunately the best picture I have of him was last week the day after he broke his leg after getting hit by a car on a snowmobile trip up in Maine.

he had surgery, they had to rebuild his ankle with screws and one of his tendons. I don't think anyone told him his leg was broken because he is as active as ever.
