Tabling Acro
We bought a drilled 20 long from a friend this weekend and he also gave us a nice tabling acro. He needed room and he said the color faded to a brown on him and he hopes it will color up to a nice bright blue for us.
We have it directly under our 250 watt phoenix 14000K halide between 2 koralia 2's and and evo 750. Hopefully it won't take too long to color up, and I'm already seeing a slight blue tint to it
For those who don't know, its the one almost dead center in the picture

Nice coral
I just looked them up, never looked into them before your post.If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Thank you. Its our 1st tabling acro, but I've always wanted one. When we upgrade to a larger tank I'd like several of them, but we'll probably only have this on in the 75 because they grow quickly and take up tons of room. The guy we got this one from has several in his 4 foot 120 gallon and they look awesome.

55g Long --> After 18mo of doing well the tank crashed during moving. Most likely cause: Flatworm Die-off... won't start another until after moving... Likely not until late 2013

Its looking great and really starting to color up. Its almost all white, which for this coral is a good thing since its suppose to be mostly white with blue tips. I'm even starting to see a faint hint of blue on the tips, not enough to pick up with a camera but it is looking blue

Here's an update. The acro has really colored up since the last picture and is now all blue.
