DELTONA, Fla. -- Authorities say a central Florida 19-year-old threw a taco at his mother for unplugging his video game system.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, 54-year-old Dena Moir told her son, Zachary, several times to come downstairs for dinner. When he didn't respond, she went upstairs and unplugged his Xbox. She told deputies her son pushed her, called her names and ordered her out of his room.
Zachary later went to the kitchen and threw his taco in his mother's face.
Dena Moir told a 911 dispatcher she had tried to get her son out of the house before.
Zachary Moir is being held without bail in the Volusia County Branch Jail. He's charged with domestic violence battery.

Can't say I would have needed the police to handle that!!! I'm afraid bail would NOT be paid, and the Xbox???? What do you think would be the first thing going in the garbage, even before I cleaned up the taco...Grrrr.....

Or trade the xbox in for a LOT of new tacos. I have a 14 year old son..sometimes I have to unplug the thing and remove the power cord!

LMFAO!!! Ok then... So a 19 year old gets arrested for not listening to their mom, and throwing a taco at someone. Great, lolz. I always love hearing these hilarious news stories.
On a serious level, what a stupid thing for the mother to do...no offense... the police who answer 911 phone calls are far to busy dealing with houses on fire, people being injured, and real violence to deal with food fights.Last edited by Tigerbarb; 01-23-2009 at 10:46 PM.
