I had my coryīs for about 2 months when they started breeding, is your tank just set up that you donīt have any nitrAtes, temperature was just under 24 C°
donīt know about the hardness someone else might be able to tell u more about thatjuwel rio 180
, 6 odessa barbs, 9 neon tetra, 3 keyhole cichlids, apistogramma cacatuoides, countless shrimp, apple snails
10G (dozens of) blue pearl shrimp
70L with jewel cichlid female
7G tank 12 CRS (more like 60 at this stage)
Thirty-five is when you finally get your head together ,and your body starts falling apart.

You'll need a well-established tank for any fry to survive, and a decent amount of live java moss on the bottom would also be helpful. A new setup simply doesn't contain the necessary numbers of micro-critters the tiny fry will feed on after hatching, even if the adults don't devour the eggs or the hatchlings.
