    hey i have 5 peppered's corys and i was just wondering what sort of age do they sexually mature?
    also does parameters matter?
    Ph: 7.0 - 7.2
    Ammonia: 0
    Nitrate: 0
    Nitrite: 0

    Gh: 10
    Kh: 4

    Dont ask me why such a difference in hardness lol

    I had my coryīs for about 2 months when they started breeding, is your tank just set up that you donīt have any nitrAtes, temperature was just under 24 C°
    donīt know about the hardness someone else might be able to tell u more about that
    juwel rio 180
    , 6 odessa barbs, 9 neon tetra, 3 keyhole cichlids, apistogramma cacatuoides, countless shrimp, apple snails
    10G (dozens of) blue pearl shrimp
    70L with jewel cichlid female
    7G tank 12 CRS (more like 60 at this stage)

    those corys in your pics look like serbai?? (SP) cool set up...my pic is under beginers bit also what sort of size are your peppers? my tank has been set up on a fishless cycle for 3 weeks and i have had my corrys about 2 weeks

    You'll need a well-established tank for any fry to survive, and a decent amount of live java moss on the bottom would also be helpful. A new setup simply doesn't contain the necessary numbers of micro-critters the tiny fry will feed on after hatching, even if the adults don't devour the eggs or the hatchlings.

    it is 75% planted, oh i thought i would post a pic of my tank but its not very mature yet but i feed my smallest corys live micro worms and freshly hatched brine shrimp
