  1. Default My Eyes Didn't Lie!

Well the other day I had talked about how it seemed as though the colors of my tests for ammonia and nitrite seemed to be slightly different than previous, but that it was open to interpretation of the API color cards. Today's tests showed that my eyes were correct(I do have 20/15 vision !). The nitrite was showing the pale purple .25 color for sure and the ammonia seemed to take a slight dip to about 3ppm . Now I just need to wait for it to dip down lower, maintain it to 3-4ppm and watch for the nitrite spike, correct? After that, then I watch for the nitrate until I can move 4 ppm ammonia and nitrite to 0ppm in 12 hours or less right?
