Those are lyretail sailfin mollies( poecilia latipinna not poecilia velifera). Excellent pictures by the way.

Those are very nice shots of very pretty fish.
I think your plec may be a male looking at where the bristles are coming out along the top of the nose.

Thanks everyone :D I just got done putting in my last new plant and getting it all rearranged. Everyone in the tank seems happy, the mollies are playing in the middle and around the bubble wall, and the loaches are playing in and around the skull.
Its kinda sad seeing the first post in this thread reminds me of the pleco who died yesterday :( I am thinking of getting another one as the LFS has a whole tank of baby BN, but i don't know yet.
Anyways enjoy this pic of the tank as it is now :D
