Over stocked
I found this tank of craigs list and it seemed like a good example of over stocking to me. 200 gallon 4 Red belly Pacus, 4 Oscars, 2 Jaguar chiclid (breading pair), 4 Placostamus. If those jags are breeding it must just be to feed the other fish.

many cherry shrimp, Oto

Ouch.. Don't know much about the Jaguar, but I know that the oscar and pleco get huge and the pacu's will get HUMONGOUS! 0_o

That is slightly over stocked. [hint. Sarcasm.]
Poor fish.

But yeah, that is way over stocked. My friend has 6 gold fish in a 10g though. :S
