Turtle and Frog
I have a cooter turtle about 4-5 inches. He is not aggressive and doesnt eat feeder fish (i put one in and its been living in there for weeks). I wanter to know if a african clawed frog can go with him?

Assume that anything that goes in with turtles will end up as food.
Your best options are fast fish, definitely not slow frogs.Owner: Aquarium Maintenance and Pet Care Company

i personally wouldnt reccomend any fish. im not saying it cant/hasnt been done but sooner or later the fish (even if fast) may end up as food, or die due to poor water quality .

He should be in a bigger tank now, at least a 40breeder. Ideally he should be in a 75.
Do you know the exact species of turtle? If not post a pic.
The type of fish will depend on the size tank he goes in. The best options are pond goldfish (long-bodied) and cichlids. They have to be active and hardy.Owner: Aquarium Maintenance and Pet Care Company
