Going up north for the xmas break, looking forward to seeing snow. Seasons just don't seem right without seeing any.

A few years ago, when I was in Sudbury, we had a "snow day". It wasn't snow, but we had had a huge ice storm overnight and everything was covered in ice I had never seen anything like that before and thought it was really pretty, so I went for a walk outside... BIG MISTAKE! I didn't expect it to be THAT slippery! It was horrible!.... and that is my experience with snow days so far...By Alfredo Franco-Cea

I have a snow day too. Ironically (this is going towards sev, since we live in the same area) I have had at least one snow day a year for the time I have been in school

We don't get snow days here.Just tons of snow!
School here has never been cancelled for the kids.Not even with a 2ft snow fall.
The way the weather is going its expected to snow all over the States at one point this season.So everyone in North America should get some.

In school we never had snow days, but if it was ever bad i just stayed home. even though theres dozens of schools closer, some people that went to my high school lived 45 minutes away in the country. if highway roads were bad they didnt come, and the teacher just said leave or do nothing if more than half the people didnt come so i just didnt bother going

Yeah i have had a couple throught jr high and grade school but not much in high school...( to shock shock)
I am enjoying even though i still got to go to school for pratice.. :(
