What's your best Christmas ever?

Christmas kinda stinks once your kids grow up and have their own lives but I was thinking today about my most awesome Christmas that I'll never forget.

I would say it's been about 12 years ago now.......I was living in FL and about 8 of us very good friends went on a gambling junket out of Ft Myers on a cruise ship. These are one-day deals,very cheap and go from 10
am to around 8 PM. You board the cruise ship, have the huge banquet breakfast then sit around while the band rocks and you drink Bloody Marys.

Once you reach international waters, the gambling casino opens up for the heavy hitters. I remember thinking, on that beautiful FL morning, with that band blasting out some good rock music, spending the day with my best friends while the dolphins jumped alongside that ship that nothing was any better than that.

When you're a Michiganer and have lived in the ice and snow for years and here you are .........Christmas morning........and it's 80 degrees and spending the day with dolphins and friends......wow.

That sure sounds like a blast Lady Hobbs!
I have Thankfully had a lot of great Christmas days.I still remember waking up Christmas morning as a kid and not being able to get close to the tree!I have always tried to do that for my boys as well.As they get older the gifts get much more expensive and that pile of gifts has been shrinking every year.
This year is really kicking my butt!All they are getting is clothing and maybe Rock Band for the XBOX or Guitar Hero 4.
They scored large last year and at the beginning of the year as well.Laptops ,tvs,stereos,and more.They don't need anything else now,except having their old man win the lottery.
If I do win the lottery

There will be one hell of a party!

Don't know if I have a fav. Just being around the fam. and watching all the kids open their gifts. That's always fun! It really is a special time.

my best christmas moment was my youngest daughter on her 1st christmas and was in her baby walker at the time for an 8 month old she knew how to unwrap pressies!!!!!,and funny enough now shes 7 shes still very good at it

Well.... It wasn't the best, but one of the most memorables was when I finally saw snow on Christmas day... one year ago. When I was living in Mexico I never saw snow and then, after I moved to Canada and got to see it, I never saw it on Christmas day... Last year wit as the first time I had a "White Christmas"!!!

Christmas with little kids is the best. They love everything they get and get so excited.

My christmas' as a kid were pretty sucky. Parents always got hammered drinking and arguments almost always broke out.

Hoping that this year will be my best as we moved into our first home a month ago and we are having christmas lunch with all my wife's and my family and we have a one month old baby this year too. Should be nice.

All I want for Christmas is an AC Gift... lol. My profile looks a bit boring without one.
