    Default Daily battle royal!!

I recently rescued a pleco from my lfs. Its about a foot and a half long and absolutly beautiful. The problem is my bullhead cat, also a foot and a half long is pretty pissed that he is sharing the same space. Every day its a constand fight session between them. There is a 5 inch plec in ther but the cat could care less about him. Any suggestions on how to enhance the calm.

could be tank size, that tanks too small for a common pleco. 90g are 48x18x24, and with a 18" pleco hes got no room to turn around, and he will get 2 feet. i would say the cats just getting grumpy from seeing the whole tank as his territory

with TWO 18" fish in there the tank is way to small.. I would say it is to small for ONE 18" fish.. but that is JMO... obviously 90 gallon is much better than a 20 gallon but that doesn't mean it is a good long term home - especially with a war over territory going on. I, too think that possibly trying to find a bigger home for it would be the best thing to do.
