PREGNANT TURKEY STORYOne year at Thanksgiving, my mom went to mysister's house for the traditional feast. Knowinghow gullible my sister is, my mom decided toplay a trick. She told my sister that she neededsomething from the store. When my sister left, my mom took the turkey out ofthe oven, removed the stuffing, stuffed a Cornish hen,and inserted it into the turkey, and re-stuffed theturkey. She then placed the bird(s) back in the oven. When it was time for dinner, my sister pulled theturkey out of the oven and proceeded to remove theStuffing. When her serving spoon hit something, she reached in and pulled out the little bird. With a look of total shock on her face, my motherexclaimed, 'Patricia, you've cooked a pregnantbird!'At the reality of this horrifying news,my sister started to cry.It took the family two hours to convince her thatturkeys lay eggs!Yep..................

Hey Lady Hobbs, this reminds me of a Thanksgiving a few years back. Not as funny tho. I'll try to clean it up a bit. I'm boiling the turkey neck in water to make a broth, when my girlfriend walks into the kitchen. "Hey babe, whats that?" Guess what I told her it was?!?
She turns a shade of red I hadn't seen in her before. Her responce, "No wonder why they almost made this our national bird!"
And yes, she's a blonde. Kind of a smart blonde tho!
