  1. Default New pics of A. Cacatuoides and EGGS!!

Well I finally got around to getting some updated photos of my pair of Cacatuoides. They have laid eggs and are doing a superb job at guarding them. They now have tank mates as we had someone move out from the apartment complex and just leave the fish in a bag at the door. I was unable to save all of them but I managed to save a few. They are 5 Apistos of some sort and a Golden Ram. I have had them now for a little over a week. They are doing great! They are going to be re-homed though cause I don't want them but couldn't leave them there to die!

I will post a link to the pics instead of posting 30 pics. Here is the photobucket album of them for everyone to take a look at. I also have a vid I am currently editing of them.

    Can anyone ID this apisto?

Here is another shot of the same Apisto.

Yeaaaaaaaah Gotta love the little uns - the female is stunning in her brooding color

The above Apisto is a bit of a puzzle as I cannot see a lot of coloration...side on foto would be fab

At the moment my guess would be a low colored Apistogramma Steel Blue (Hybrid)

That's what I was thinking. I hope to find them a good home because they are getting really stressed out being chased by my male cackatoo!
