Fungus?
I've had a molly in my hospital tank that I though had fungus on his head. It's not the white fluffy stuff. It looks like crusty white paint and now it's started to cover one of his eyes. He still eats and chases the girls a bit, but I can tell it's really getting him down because he's been staying on bottom alot. I've added Malachite Green and extra salt because they've helped in the past with the fluffy kind of fungus, but the molly's problem seems to be getting worse. Are there other treatments that might help? Could this substance be something other than fungus? I know he's probably sick with something else in addition, but I haven't seen him so beaten down by it before.

PS Am reluctant to use Pimafix because it freaks my fish out (go figure) but will give it a shot if you think it might work.
