i'll check out the LFS tomorrow, i know they have pendents and i think im just going to see how much a new one is (at least my ballast is still fine). im not going to trust repairing it, all it takes is a few hours of me not being home for my busted one to catch fire

went to the store and they said its a 10 minute sauder job and safe to repair, so now i guess im getting it fixed

yea seriously thats great news, in an hour? you might even be able to shop around if his price is high if you are getting offers that fast

i might do that, hes 45 minute away and im swamped til tuesday to drop it off probably, so i might try to find someone closer.

i put up a ad asking for someone to install more fans in one of my coralife lights, and i got about 30 replies for people who could do it

i actually got a good guy with the coralife too, this was in august i think. it was a guy who worked out of his house but he charged flat rate $20 and did a good job

lets hope i can find the same for my halides
