Very good link... Thanks... though I would assume that most of us reading this post (or the link, for that matter) are already sensible enough not to support those horrible practices...

i agree there but after seeing the list there maybe a few people that have innocentlly brought these kind of fish,myself not included thankfullyVery good link... Good though not sure why gold Barbs are there?

20G 'Nano Fish' Tank - Pygmy Rasboras, Lampeyes, Sparkling Gouramis, CPD, Bronze Corydoras, Cherry Shrimp

It sounds like its getting out of hand.They probably have been expirimenting on all fish.The ones people have seen are just the successful ones er the ones that havent died yet!

Good find Algenco. Some people can't tell which fish are dyed. I think they are obvious and stick out like a sore thumb. Generally by the time we see them, their colors are already fading, blotchy and they are ugly!

my wife brought home 6 fruit tetras today neither of us realized they were dyed or painted not sure which, an albino type blackskirt but no red eyes light pink color body very nice fish i hope they make it but we wont do this again
