I would look for a LFS to take it for you. It will outgrow both of the tanks, if you want a algae remover you have many choices. Otos, Bristlenose and more, be free to ask.

Just 1 if you fold it a few times!

I knew this thread would get bumped up again!
There is a video of a 50,000gal tank that shows how big most of these fish can get.
There is a few clown knives in it over 4' long.

Yeah, this is one of my favorite threads to link people too.
Knifes IMO are sold as they get big and mean and yet people still buy them.

haha. i wasnt sure what this was so i googled it. when i found some pictures, i realized that i'd seen these before! in the HUGE tank in the Dallas World Aquarium. they swim around with manatees and are roughly the same size length wise. i dont know of any aquarist who could keep one in a private tank.

Unfortunately, I already made the mistake of buying a common pleco, but I plan on upgrading often to give him a large enough home.

Do you still have it? What size tank are you keeping it in, and if you do still have it, maybe start looking for a new home for it..

Might want to put Bala sharks as well, they get too big for most aquariums and need schools
