Would a Koralia 1 be too much for a 10 gallon tank?

Well I just went out and bought a lid for the tank finally. Its an all glass lid. I also bought a Koralia 1. I was just browsing their SW livestock selection. When the time comes, it looks like I will be getting a Peppermint Shrimp. Cheapest shrimp they had and it will help keep the tank clean. I believe the Peppermint Shrimp will be fine in my tank, but let me know if I am mistaken.
Tonight I'm going to prepare some saltwater for my first water change then do the actual water change tomorrow to help with the cloudiness. If that doesn't help, I'll do what Lowflyer suggested.Stock the tank you have, not the tank you plan to have. Always have and use patience.

The tank was much more clear today after I came home from school. What is the best position to have my Koralia 1 in my tank? It will be in the back left corner as you are looking at the tank.

What is the best way to tell if the liquid testing kits are outdated and no longer reliable? I received an API liquid test kit when I bought all my SW stuff. Hopefully, I'll post pictures tonight or hopefully by Friday.

Picture Time!
Picture Time! It is still a little cloudy. I didn't get around to mixing up water, so I didn't do a water change. I laid the LR on the back right corner on the LR in front of it, which now looks a lot better. I told you guys/gals that I will have a deep, deep sand bed.

I would position that Koralia on the side pain of glass toward the back and point it catty corner toward the front oposite corner and slightly upward. You'll get better flow throughout the tank.
