    Thumbs down Sooo angry

    I got some apisto borelli from my lfs.( i buy everything there) and i got two males (which was my fault) and i wanted to return today... and when i went to return it the receipt got all wet because on of there bags starting leaking on the way home... and they wouldnt take the fish back because i wasent a "fish club member" so i could return the fish for free and thats it...
    I told them i would never do business again with them...

    Of course they're about making money. They are trying to run a business, and they can't do stuff which makes them not make money.

    Suck that they didn't let you return the fish tho, but without a receipt and they prolly have some kind of return policy you should have read then I can kinda understand it.

    sorry to hear. Unfortunately, the mom and pop's of the world are really trying to make a buck these days and I can understand both sides.

    Woah, that's bad... my local LFS let me take fish back if I want to without a receipt (one guy said "oh yeah I remember you, no problem!") and they've even let me hire out one of their big barrels for moving home for free, just because I'm a regular customer...

    You should move over here! :D
