    Default Quite Air Pumps?

    Hi all,

My tank came with an AZOO 2500 air pump, I have it set up on the lights timer because it seems to be to loud to me. So, since I live in a small apartment the noice at night is way to much. I have been doing some research and came across the Tetra Wisper which has reviews going both ways...

To increase my confusion, I've found reviews in the AZOO stating that is a really quiet yet cheap air pump... so, my question is, Has someone used the AZOO air pump AND other quiter pump that can provide a comparisson between them so I can decide if I should keep lookig or live with my current air pump?

    Thanks to all..

    Cheers,
    saurjusa

I use these Linky Different sizes but that brand and style. They have rubber feet and are almost dead silent.
55 - 16 Malawi Chiclids, 3 Zebra Dainos, one Decorus, two Yo Yo's
    10 - 1 male betta, 1 Striped Raphael, 4 Cory Cats, 4 Ottos, 1 ghost shrimp, 1 Bristlenose
29 - Lionhead goldfish, 3 Fancy Goldfish, Common pleco
29 - Saltwater, still in the planning/building stage

That tetra whisper is the brand I had bought very quiet. You can tell if it's working by feeling the vibrating. By the way that link of yours shows the cost at about $18, petsmart is almost twice as expensive!
