yep, he would fit. i would recommend a starry puffer and bamboo shark to go with him

Could a pacu handle saltwater? or can i buy one of the mouse ball things that he can roll around in and put freshwater in it? or would i need a 35 gal?

naw, no saltwater for pacu. you can easily fit 6-10 pacu in a 10g though
